Refund Policy

Knock Me offers a 14 days money back guarantee of any payment that you have made for any service that you are not completely used with. It is perfectly fine to change your mind about the purchase of a Knock Me service that you do not wish to proceed with.
Please note that if you have also made a payment to us through PayPal or any other payment gateway system. We need time to identify the order which we sent you through email. Our team will ask for order number before any refund. Knock Me don’t take any payment on behalf to purchase something from a third party, we will only refund the amount involved for that payment.
You can arrange to obtain a refund of any payment that you have made, by using an email to us, within 14 days after your payment has been received by Knock Me.

You just have to give us your assurance that no service is used by or delivered to you by Knock Me.
On receipt of your assurance, your payment will be refunded without delay. Please go to your our contact us page on www.servicefy.co.nz for a refund.
